This is employer is offering $340,000 base with $300,000 loan forgiveness and $50K sign-on. Join a busy practice with two OBGYNs, two midwives, and two NP's. Currently about 340 births per year. Clinic is located next to community hospital near the OH/IN border. Hospital Employee, Traditional. Assigned Call with 1:3 Call Ratio. $325-350K Annual Salary. HPSA area Loan Forgiveness available up to 100% repayment . Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 . Relocation Bonus available. CME up to 1 week and $5,000 available. Up to 4 weeks of PTO available.
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
