Now hiring experienced Foil Stamper and Die Cutter Operators!
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bindery Operator to assist in the manufacturing process at a leading global printing company. In this role, you will operate and maintain various binding and finishing machines, ensuring high-quality output for print advertising, promotional materials, and production documents.
Schedule: Rotating 12 hour shifts
Day Shift: 7am-7pm
Night Shift: 7pm-7am
Duties Include
* Monitor quality, output, and productivity
* Operate adhesive binding machines that perform functions such as milling, gluing, or stacking completed books, magazine or catalogs
* Machine setup: adjust heat, align custom metal dies, mount plates, configure ink
* Load raw materials and monitor the speed of production
* Clean equipment and complete production logs
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience operating a Foil Stamp or Die Cutter
* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, adjust, and maintain industrial printing equipment
* Knowledge of different paper weights and sizes to identify paper conditions
* Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a manufacturing setting.
