Hiring Personal Care Aides – Flexible Shifts (Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekends)

Arcadia Home Care & Staffing , a trusted provider of in-home care services , is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our growing team in San Diego . If you're a caregiver home health aide , or someone passionate about senior care , we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Perform light housekeeping , laundry, and meal preparation
Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans

Qualifications:

Must pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation required
Experience as a caregiver PCA , or home health aide preferred
Energetic, dependable, and organized
Two references (1 professional, 1 personal)
