M&A Tax Consulting Leader — Engage C-Suite & Lead Deals

Baker Tilly US

Baker Tilly US in Seattle is seeking a seasoned M&A Tax professional to lead tax due diligence, tax structuring, and modeling for middle-market transactions. You will work with owners, investors, PE firms and investment banks to assess tax exposures and optimize deal structures. This role requires at least 8 years of related experience, CPA or attorney credentials, and strong leadership to manage engagement teams.
