This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is a split role, offering the chance to work both in a special education preschool and an elementary school setting. With a schedule of 35-37.5 hours per week, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of young learners while enjoying a varied and dynamic workday.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid SLP license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with a broad range of communication and swallowing disorders in preschool and elementary-aged children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students across both preschool and elementary settings
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in school-based meetings
• Provide consultation and training as needed to faculty and families
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of diverse students
