To support a dynamic virtual marketing operation, the part-time hourly Call Center Confirmer will coordinate scheduling, guide technology onboarding, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone. Key responsibilities Coordinate scheduling and confirm tour times and attendee lists while reviewing owner qualifications Guide owners through necessary software requirements and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues prior to tours Accurately enter and update reservation data while maintaining up-to-date contact information within company systems Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a customer service or virtual support environment Vacation Ownership or Timeshare Outbound experience highly preferred Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and digital channels Strength in using various tech platforms, including SPI, Excel, Email, Jag, and Max Ability to interpret data and maintain professionalism when handling sensitive information
