THE POSITION

Location: Elk River, MN (55330) Hours: Days Every Sunday 10-hour shift Days Every other Monday & Saturday 10-hour shifts Client Specifics: 6 years old with a g-tube HCNs attend school with client Location: Elk River, MN (55330) Hours: Days Tuesdays 9.5-hour shift Client Specifics: 2-year old with a g-tube Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost. Weekday Nights (Mon-Fri): +$1/hour

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
