Job Description Job Description The Licensed Insurance Support Specialist will provide expert licensed assistance to the sales team and customers, ensuring smooth and compliant insurance processes. This role requires a valid Property & Casualty license and preferably some prior experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-oriented, and knowledgeable about insurance products and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide licensed support to the sales team by assisting with quoting and servicing Property & Casualty insurance products.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers, answering questions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals as needed.
Support customer retention efforts by providing timely and effective service.
Stay current with industry changes, licensing requirements, and product knowledge.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support agency operations.
Qualifications
Valid Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
Prior experience in an insurance agency or related role (preferred).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
