This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $55 to $60 per hour and paid weekly. As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in providing quality healthcare services to patients in our facility. Responsibilities: Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients Conduct physical assessments and monitor patients' conditions Oversee and supervise nursing aids staff Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures Compensation: All CapsuleAID employees are hourly. Employees are eligible for overtime, holiday pay, and, depending on location if available. Referral and attendance bonuses are offered to all contract employees.
