Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Structural Welders for projects located in or around Norfolk, VA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $45/hour ''' based on experience and skill level. All position fillet and butt welds using the following processes: SMAW Shielded Metal Arc Welding, GMAW Gas Metal Arc Welding, FCAW Flux Cored Arc Welding and GMAWP Pulse Arc Welding Using Oxygen/Propane heating torch Air Carbon Arc Gouging Use fillet and butt weld gauges Requirements OSHA 10; may be provided to qualified candidates 4+ year NNS or Naval shipyard experience Must pass various weld test Experience working in a physically demanding environment shipboard sub-assemblies ladders staging etc Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities memory we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
