Description

Responsibilities: This position will perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned compact construction equipment. Repairs will take place in shop and in field with direction from the CCE Mobile Service Manager. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair compact construction equipment, with emphasis on hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently; service reports, allocation of time, and tracking parts charged and returned
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are met
  • Complete all scheduled repairs in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure equipment and parts areas are in excellent, safe operating condition
  • Adheres to all safety rules and maintains quality housekeeping in shop area
  • Maintains equipment and supplies to avoid waste, prevent accidents, and damage to personnel and equipment
Qualifications

Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED 2 years or more of experience with Heavy Equipment or Compact Construction Equipment Preferred Associates in related technical field (Diesel Technology) 4 years or more experience with Heavy Equipment and Compact Construction Equipment The duties and responsibilities described here are not a comprehensive list, and the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
