We are currently seeking a Scrum Master – ONSITE to join our team in San Diego, California (US‑CA), United States (US). Day to Day Responsibilities Manage each project’s scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand‑ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it Basic Qualifications 5+ Years Experience in a scrum master role 5+ Years of experience in software development Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field Nice to have Scrum master certification is a plus, mentoring of junior team members SVN, Git, Gradle version control experience, Bitbucket Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Must reside in the US. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948.00–$164,476.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
