Certified Ski Instructor (2026/27 Season) Position: Certified Ski Instructor – full‑time and part‑time options available. Winter seasonal 2026/2027 at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort, Leavenworth, WA, US. We are looking for blue+ level skiers to join our team in the mountains. Job Specifications Starting wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr (reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with teaching incentives) Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/2027 Shift type: Full‑time and part‑time hours available. Full‑time instructors may not work a guaranteed 40‑hour week; scheduled hours vary with business volume. Minimum age: 16 years Housing availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons. Work with guests of all ages and abilities. Deliver world‑class guest service to all guests. Create a safe and fun learning environment. Support all ski‑school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment. Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum of PSIA/AASI Instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above. Fluent communication in English. Willingness to work with guests of all ages and a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older. Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements. Placement contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting required skill, guest‑service, and safety standards. Additional Information Pay range: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr.
