In this role, you'll travel between job sites, complete repairs, assist with installations, and help keep projects moving forward. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality workmanship.

• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure project quality and client satisfaction.
• Travel to different job sites across the Greater Boston area, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist with installations and renovations, contributing to the overall success of each project.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
• Document completed tasks and report progress to project managers, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Experience in general handyman repairs and punch-list work.
• Ability to install appliances, hardware, doors, trim, and fixtures with precision.
• Proven track record of performing basic carpentry, drywall, painting, caulking, and touch-up work.
• Capability to pick up and deliver materials, tools, and supplies efficiently to job sites.
• Willingness to visit multiple residential projects throughout the Greater Boston area.
• Skill in keeping projects on schedule by completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Attention to detail in inspecting completed work and identifying items needing attention or correction.
