Position Overview The Customer Care Advisor is the first point of contact for our clients and represents the Ethos brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience while supporting daily front desk operations, retail performance, and overall clinic flow. The Customer Care Advisor works closely with the Customer Care Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth operations, strong client engagement, and consistent execution of company standards. This position contributes directly to business growth through client experience, service bookings, and retail sales. This position will primarily be based in Chesterfield and Clayton, Missouri, and may support other locations as needed, in partnership with leadership. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires accountability, initiative, and strong communication. Availability Requirements Flexibility to work a combination of these shifts based on business needs is required. Evening and Saturday shifts are rotated, allowing team members to enjoy a balance of evenings and weekends off, while supporting client demand and maintaining a strong work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Sales Deliver exceptional, client-focused service across phone, text, email, and in-person interactions. Create a welcoming, professional, and elevated in-spa experience for every client. Educate clients on services, products, and treatment recommendations. Support service bookings and maximize appointment opportunities. Contribute to retail sales through product knowledge and recommendations. Front Desk Operations Support daily front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and client flow. Ensure accuracy in appointments, confirmations, and client communications. Assist with managing waitlists and optimizing provider schedules. Follow opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment. Maintain organized and visually appealing retail displays. Assist clients with product selection and purchases. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Utilize CRM systems for communication, confirmations, and follow-ups. Support daily operational tasks and reporting as directed by leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Marketing & Client Engagement Support in-spa promotions, events, and product launches. Participate in social media initiatives as directed. Encourage client reviews, referrals, and ongoing engagement. Team Support Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Support team members and assist with front desk coverage as needed due to illness or unforeseen absences. Communicate effectively with leadership regarding client needs, scheduling challenges, or operational issues.
