We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team and help ensure efficient inventory operations. Position Summary The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, receiving and stocking merchandise, monitoring stock levels, and supporting warehouse and retail operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or stock management experience and possesses strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems. Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management. Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas for maximum efficiency. Prepare and process inventory transfers, returns, and adjustments. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Label, categorize, and store products appropriately. Support order fulfillment and ensure timely product availability. Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and sales teams to maintain inventory accuracy. Follow company safety procedures and inventory control best practices. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience using inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods when required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with barcode scanning systems. Knowledge of inventory reporting and cycle count procedures. Experience in retail, e-commerce, fitness, wellness, or consumer products industries. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
