To support the development of a modern performance management system at a global scale, the full-time Associate Director Global Performance Management will design, execute, and continuously improve performance processes, tools, and governance frameworks while collaborating with senior HR and business leaders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of global performance management processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy Manage performance cycles, governance, and communication, establishing standards for goal quality and performance calibration Develop key performance metrics and provide insights to inform talent reviews and workforce decisions Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Performance Management, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, or Talent Management Proven experience in designing performance management systems linked to pay-for-performance Strong understanding of the relationship between performance, compensation, and talent outcomes Experience in global, matrixed organizations Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
