Sterile Processing Tech Job Responsibilities:
- Perform sterilization procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Inspect, assemble, and package surgical instruments and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient safety.
Requirements for a Sterile Processing Tech:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician required.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
