About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Teammate to support our Hendersonville location. The role focuses on ensuring accurate receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety compliance in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer return material. Stock, maintain, and organize the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with company policy. Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward paperwork to appropriate personnel. Identify non‑stock, special‑order, and damaged material and store it in proper locations. Complete required documentation for customer shipments delivered via third‑party carriers. Load and unload trucks; operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely. Report stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged merchandise to supervisors. Ensure security controls are in place to protect Profit Center assets. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and order; remove debris and report safety issues. Assist co‑workers in servicing customers. Perform all tasks in accordance with company safety standards. Complete required safety and compliance training programs. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by supervisors and management. Basic Qualifications Minimum 1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience. Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred. Preferred Qualifications Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Ability to quickly learn and develop comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product line. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co‑workers. Knowledge of and ability to apply safety precautions in a warehouse setting. Ability to learn to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment used at the Profit Center. Ability to learn and operate the computer‑related systems used for warehouse operations. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Basic arithmetic skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
