Senior Sales Manager US - South East (VA, NC, SC, FLA) (m/f/d)

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support. Drive regional sales by nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. Build and manage a high-potential sales pipeline, securing purchase orders and exceeding targets. Deliver tailored solutions in filling, freezing, thawing, and single-use applications. Provide on-site product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application support. Collaborate with project management to ensure custom equipment and systems meet client specifications. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits—domestically and internationally. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using HubSpot CRM. Education University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in selling bioprocessing equipment or related technologies. Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Independent, self-motivated, and solution-oriented. Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot). Comfortable with frequent travel (50–75%), including overnight stays and international trips. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
