Senior Strategist
You will serve as a senior strategist responsible for leading strategic and business planning activities.
You will be responsible for assessing the external landscape and external engagement activities.
You will maintain a regular drumbeat with the Business Director and Division leadership to keep abreast of current Navy priorities.
You will facilitate periodic discussions with internal and external leadership to share information on warfighter challenges.
You will analyze/assess organizational data to identify trends, anomalies to develop recommendations for leadership.
You will participate in the development, modification and implementation of Division guidance including short and long term strategies to align with higher level DoW guidance.
You will identify gaps and shortfalls based on current and projected mission requirements, associated capabilities, and current program strategies and develop mitigation strategies.
You will analyze/assess organizational data to identify trends, anomalies, and develop recommendations for leadership.
