As a Wingstop Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational success and customer satisfaction of the restaurant. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and engage a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Valid Drivers License 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management Experience
• Experience working with Wingstop or similar quick-service restaurant brands.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and managing budgets.
• Certification in food safety or restaurant management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support restaurant team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Coach and develop team members through training, performance feedback, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with management to implement marketing initiatives and drive sales growth while maintaining cost controls.
