The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of an assigned concession stand or service location at Ryan Field. This position leads frontline team members, ensures efficient food and beverage service, and delivers an outstanding guest experience.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupervise an assigned concession stand or service location.Lead concession attendants, cashiers, and service staff.Monitor sales activity and service flow.Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.Support inventory controls and cash-handling procedures.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.Ability to work event-driven schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Levy is a member of Compass Group USA.
