ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. My State Farm career actually began while I was still in college, when I took a part-time internship with a local agent during my senior year. That opportunity turned into a sales position and eventually led me to agency ownership. I also played college basketball, so competition, teamwork, and striving to improve have always been a big part of who I am.

Our agency is very connected to the local community. We work closely with area schools and participate in and sponsor a variety of community events throughout the year, including local art fairs. We enjoy getting out of the office, meeting people, and being part of the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Miles Finch - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
