Recovery Innovations in Columbus, OH is seeking a Care Coordinator to facilitate the quality and improvement of a person’s experience of care, including admission, discharge, outreach, engagement, recovery, transition and case management. The shift is As Needed, 7:00PM–7:30AM at the Crisis Care Center, with a wage of $19.00–$23.00/hour.
