I’m partnered with a growing $300M Chicago General Contractor that’s looking to add a Project Executive to their Downtown Chicago office.

They’re building serious momentum across the city, with a strong pipeline of local, high-profile work across:

• Hotels: $25M–$75M ground-up and renovation projects
• Commercial: $10M–$60M office, mixed-use, and repositioning work
• Multifamily: $30M–$100M ground-up apartment and mixed-use developments
• Retail: $5M–$25M flagship retail, shopping center, and tenant improvement projects
• Restaurant: $2M–$15M high-end restaurant, hospitality, and build-out projects
• Entertainment: $10M–$50M sports, venue, experiential, and public-facing projects

It’s a great time to join- big enough to win exciting, high-profile work, but still small enough where a Project Executive can have real influence on the business, clients, teams, and growth strategy.

This person will lead multiple project teams, oversee key client relationships, help drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, and play a major role in continuing to grow the business

Package includes:

• Base salary: $180,000–$220,000+
• Strong bonus potential (20%+)
