About the Position

We're looking for an experienced RN to step into a Head Clinic Nurse role across a network of Rural Health Clinics in New Hampshire's White Mountains region. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week on 8-hour day shifts, with pay ranging from $40 to $54/hour depending on experience (candidates with 18+ years land at the top of that range). You'll be leading a clinical team of roughly 15 people, so this is a real leadership seat, not a title tacked onto a bedside role.

You'll ensure the clinics stay compliant with state regulations and best practices, while also staying hands-on clinically through triage, medication refills, and prior authorizations. You'll have real input into improving policies, procedures, and clinic efficiency, so this is a role for someone who wants to shape how care gets delivered, not just administer it. We're looking for someone collaborative and organized who leads with relationships first, backed by 5+ years of supervisory experience and a genuine passion for community-based care.
