Detailer Position

Join Kayser Janesville Chevrolet Buick GMC as a full-time Detailer and play a key role in maintaining the appearance and quality of our vehicles. This position is based in Janesville, WI, and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where attention to detail and pride in workmanship are valued.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail new and used vehicles, both inside and out.
• Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to maintain showroom quality presentation.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and deodorize interior upholstery, carpets, and mats.
• Inspect vehicles for scratches, dents, or cosmetic issues and report them to management.
• Maintain detailing equipment and supplies in a clean, organized manner.
• Assist in organizing vehicles on the lot to maximize showroom appeal and accessibility.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while ensuring the highest level of quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automobile detailing or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
