General Services Analyst/Senior Analyst

LOCATION: Houston - Texas - USA DEPARTMENT: OTHERS

Purpose:

To design, implement and manage a comprehensive KPI dashboard and reporting governance system that support the department in controlling daily activities, monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for building a structured reporting framework using Power Bi and integrated data tools, while also overseeing company document management and non-operating asset lifecycle control (relocation, movement, and disposal) in compliance with company procedures, financial policies, and administrative guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• KPI Dashboards & Reporting System; create structured follow-up matrices to ensure proper tracking of business reporting updates.
• Power Bi Development and Data integration - Data validation protocols and version control, lead continuous improvement initiatives for reporting efficiency and visualization storytelling.
• Consolidate Unit Service Presentation for Bay City, Baytown, Conroe, others.
• Provide analytical insights to support executive and operational decision-making.
• Cost optimization opportunities, support budget planning, forecasting and financial monitoring.
• Company Document Management - Oversee structured document storage and indexing systems. Ensure compliance with corporate retention policies and legal requirements. Develop and maintain document lifecycle management procedures.
• Non-Operating Assets Management and Real Estate Portfolio records using ProLease. Management lifecycle of non-operating assets. Ensure compliance with financial and accounting procedures. Accurate assets list and records, disposal documentation.
