Maintain adequate inventory of supplies to support all packaging and shipping activities including Navision transactions. Load outbound freight, receive inbound shipments, and ensure the accurate and timely movement of all materials into and out of the facility. Job Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate movement/shipping of Material identified on Purchase order. Coordinate all freight carriers and expedited shipments Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items. Complete documents required for all Shipments. (EX Bill of Lading, Packing list, Master ship labels, Commercial invoices, Pro Forma invoices, and Nav work) Verify Manufacturers part number on incoming/outgoing Material against purchase order supplied by buyer. Conduct routine and systematic cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy across assigned storage locations, ensuring compliance with established schedules and company guidelines. Complete all required daily paperwork and maintain accurate updates on production boards. Conduct 5S audits and complete assigned daily checklists. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting process enhancements. Use daily discomfort logs and report any sickness, injury, or safety concern immediately—regardless of severity. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through consistent housekeeping practices. Demonstrate flexibility by moving to various work areas based on production demands. Be available to work overtime, including weekends, as required by the production schedule. Participate in team huddles, group projects, and one‑on‑one communications to support team alignment. Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Minimum Requirements Education: High school diploma/GED Years of Experience: 1-2 years’ experience shipping and receiving admin/clerk or similar position Other Qualifications: Excellent organizational skills Detailed- oriented and multitasking Proficient Computer skills, good understanding of MRP fundamentals. Investigated and problem-solving skill. Ability to follow basic instructions, ability to work without direct supervision. Parts handling experience knowledge of component identification Knowledge to track shipments in transit. Ability to multi-task Ability to operate Power Industrial Vehicle Physical Requirements Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the entire shift without the use of mechanical lifting devices, using proper body mechanics, self‑lifting techniques, or coordinated team lifts as required. Use hands continuously throughout the shift, including gripping, manipulating, and positioning tools or materials. Stand for prolonged periods (majority of the shift), including standing while working at benches or workstations. Perform frequent hand and arm movements, including: Full‑fist gripping of tools o Pressing or pushing with thumbs and fingers o Twisting the lower arm o Turning or bending the wrist up, down, left, or right Push and pull equipment or materials—such as carts, pallet jacks, or bins—on a regular basis. Reach forward frequently during work processes. Rarely kneel, squat, or sit to complete tasks as needed.
