Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by assembling title packages, searching for tax documentation or performing other research related to escrow and title closings. Job Responsibilities Conducts title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity, that require research and investigation Work may be done in an office, title plant or remotely traveling to court houses, municipalities and other government entities to perform the searches Primarily focused on residential transactions Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy Performs all other duties as assigned by management The role is 100% onsite in the office. Education High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred. Experience Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience. Pay Range & Benefits $33,280.00 - $55,477.76 Annually. The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
