MR R & J LLC is looking for a motivated Apprentice / Helper to join our hardworking team in Waynesboro, MS! Responsibilities:

• Assist lead technicians or tradespeople with daily job tasks and project work
• Safely handle, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior crew members to complete assigned tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Learn trade-specific skills and techniques through on-the-job training
• Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and company procedures
• Support the team with general labor and miscellaneous duties as needed

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — willingness to learn and work hard is a must
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors
• Basic understanding of hand tools and job site safety is a plus
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites preferred
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow
