And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.**UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join the Care mobile team to provide care to the community.**The UMass Memorial Health Ronald McDonald Care Mobile delivers an innovative, community-based model of medical services and preventive dental care to the vulnerable, socioeconomically disadvantaged, uninsured and undocumented children and their families living in Worcester County. The Care Mobile services 28 Worcester public and charter schools with nine neighborhood sites across the city and surrounding towns. Our routine sites include neighborhood and community centers, churches, and apartment complexes.The advanced practice position needs to be an FNP or PA, as we see children and adults, with a minimum of 1-day shift per month which will be 6-7 hours (typically, 9am-4pm) on the Care Mobile or in the community.
