Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Aurora, IL

This opportunity is for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 26/27 school year, serving grades K-12 with both monolingual and bilingual (Spanish) caseload options. The position is based in Aurora, IL, and is a contract role within a school setting.


Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Manage caseloads effectively, providing assessments, individualized treatment plans, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Experience working in school settings preferred; candidates with pediatric healthcare or clinical fellowship year (CFY) backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus for bilingual caseload opportunities
