Inventory CoordinatorThe Inventory Coordinator at Agile Sourcing Partners, Inc. works effectively and efficiently in a construction yard environment to coordinate the receipt and tracking of all incoming and outgoing materials from the yard from all vendors and manufacturers within the company ERP system. This shipping and receiving role works closely with the company project team on site to ensure customer satisfaction. The Inventory Coordinator must have excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. If you are passionate about making a difference, consider joining our talented, diverse team!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments and ensures associated paperwork and records are accurate and complete.Maintains paper records for all incoming shipmentsTransposes shipping and receiving information into company ERP System.Ensures accurate record keeping and updating company ERP with receipts and shipments to ensure all materials status reports are accurate daily.Creates and manages all shipping documentation for all materials released from the yard to the clientInterfaces with accounting & finance departments to forward relevant documentation.Performs administrative duties like answering phones, updating records, and providing excellent customer service.Assists in auditing of material as needed.CompetenciesProficiency with Microsoft Suite of Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint)Excellent organization and analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, think strategically, problem solve and collaborate with team members.Highly motivated, results focused and act with a high sense of urgency.ERP systems experience, NetSuite experience a plusAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.Education and ExperienceRequired education and experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent.1-2 years' experience working in warehouse or construction yards1-2 years' experience in shipping and receivingPreferred education and experienceBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or in a directly related disciplineOSHA 10/30 CertificationFirst Aid and CPR CertifiedExperience in the electrical construction industry3+ years of shipping/receiving experienceExperience with ERP inventory management systemsLocation: Boonville, NY
