Procurement Specialist II — Government Sourcing & RFQ/IFB
State of North Carolina
The State of North Carolina's Department of Transportation seeks a Procurement Specialist II (NS) to prepare documentation for high-value procurements and to develop and execute RFQ/IFB processes. You will coordinate solicitations, support requisitions, conduct market research, and ensure compliance with state purchasing rules.
