Guest Services Agent

Join The Lawrence Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton as a Guest Services Agent, where you will be part of the front-of-house operations to ensure every guest, experiences exceptional service. This energetic role requires you to be proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage guest relations with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will be part of the daily front desk activities, coordinate guest services, and support the team in delivering memorable hospitality experiences. Your passion for hospitality management and guest satisfaction will be the driving force behind creating a welcoming and seamless environment for all visitors.

• Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, process check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and verify reservations.
• Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, assist with booking reservations, and answer questions about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Administrative Duties: Process payments, handle billing adjustments, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Department Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and reported issues.
• Problem Solving: Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office), and multitasking abilities.

Software Knowledge: Familiarity with property management systems (such as Hilton's PEP) is often preferred.

Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
