Pay & Compensation

Elite LTL Drivers have the opportunity to earn $1,525+ per week , with a realistic path toward six-figure annual earnings.

Your compensation includes:

• $250 per day base pay
• $50 per additional stop
• Paid detention
• Vacation pay at your daily rate

Performance Bonuses

Elite drivers are rewarded for maintaining outstanding performance.

Earn additional weekly incentives:

• $25 MPG Incentive
• $25 Motive Safety Incentive
• $25 Service Incentive

To qualify, drivers must maintain:

• 7.7+ MPG
• Motive Safety Score of 90 or higher
• 95% or higher service score

Freight & Schedule

• Refrigerated freight
• Routes 499 miles or less
• Five-day work schedule
• Multi-stop customer deliveries

Drivers are expected to remain committed to their assigned customer routes and service expectations while maintaining the high standards of the Elite Fleet.

Drivers must meet Elite Fleet qualifications, including:

• Minimum 30 days of employment
• Committee approval
• Elite Fleet certification
• Proven mastery of assigned customer lanes and service expectations
• Maintain:
  • Motive Safety Score of 85+
  • MPG greater than 7.6
  • Service score above 95%
