HR Benefits & Leave Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced HR Benefits & Leave Specialist for our Manufacturing client located in the Nashville, TN area. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting benefits administration, compliance, vendor management, open enrollment, and employee communications.Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Location: Nashville, TN (On-Site)Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PMCompensation: $75,000 - $85,000Type: Direct HireResponsibilitiesAdminister employee benefits programs, enrollments, life events, and status changes.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries.Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers.Oversee leave administration processes, including FMLA and LOA coordination.Lead annual Open Enrollment activities for over 1000+ U.S. employeesSupport 401(k) administration, audits, compliance, and reportingDevelop employee-facing benefits communications, newsletters, and educational materials to keep employees informed of programs, updates, and enrollment opportunities.Partner closely with HR, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure accurate administration, compliance, and issue resolution.Lead and expand employee wellness initiatives by partnering with vendors and community resources. xhyhwjd Coordinate programs such as financial wellness education, health screenings, and wellness events.Qualifications4+ years of benefits administration or HR operations experienceExperience with employee benefits programs, wellness initiatives, leave administration, and vendor managementStrong HRIS experience (ADP, Workday, Dayforce, or similar)Knowledge of benefits compliance, including COBRA, FMLA, and 401(k) administrationExcellent project management, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple prioritiesBenefits Offered:Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and 9 paid holidays
