Senior Director, Global PV Quality & Post-Marketing

Madrigal is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Product Quality Lead (Post-Marketing and Pharmacovigilance Quality) to guide and mature the global PV Quality function during a critical growth phase. You will oversee post-marketing safety surveillance, literature monitoring, and Product Quality Complaints governance across markets.
As a member of Quality leadership, you will partner with Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to embed quality across the product
