Payment Operations Analyst

Managing payment operations remotely, the full-time Payment Operations Analyst will oversee cash and non-cash giving workflows, analyze payment activity for operational improvements, and support risk verification processes. Key responsibilities Manage and support payment operations, including processing, reconciliation, and transaction support Analyze payment activity and operational trends to identify issues and improve processes Monitor transaction activity for fraud and escalate complex issues as needed Required qualifications 1-4 years of experience in payment operations, risk analysis, or related fields Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends in operational data Experience with operational systems, spreadsheets, and payment platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Alignment with the company's mission and values
