• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Meticulously document all processes, train new team members or students, and ensure adherence to laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment while complying with health regulations and accreditation standards.

Education Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent healthcare degree, complemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science certification, to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
