Supply Chain Demand Planner

Must be able to work Monday through Thursday at our Rosemont office. Friday's remotePosition Responsibilities: Develop demand forecasts and operational forecasts for different time horizons within the supply chain, while reviewing historical sales trends and researching demand drivers to understand the forecast driversUtilize a collaborative approach by working with sales and marketing to obtain current and accurate information while using demand planning software as the primary forecast toolProvide input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies for new products and closely coordinate communication with customer action plans within the warehouseMaintain best-in-class forecast accuracy levels and out-of-stock levels within the logistics process, while eliminating breakage, damage, and loss due to product ageOther duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experienceBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
