Job Description
Support a fast-paced quick-service restaurant by delivering friendly customer service, accurately processing orders and payments, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked dining environment. This role balances cashier and bussing duties, with rotating station assignments and opportunities for front-of-house development. The position reports to the restaurant manager, shift supervisor, front-of-house manager, or general manager.
Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
- Take customer orders and ensure order accuracy.
- Provide friendly and responsive customer service.
- Run food to customers and support efficient service.
- Clear tables and clean the dining area.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Rotate between cashier and bussing stations based on operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or restaurant service.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and payment processing.
- Knowledge of food safety and order accuracy practices.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
