Flanging Sewing Machine Operator

Position Summary
We are seeking a Flanging Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew fabric components while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing and flanging machines safely and efficiently.
• Sew fabric components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain stitch quality, alignment, and production standards.
• Report equipment issues or material defects.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial sewing machine experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic measuring and math skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
