Role Description
Orchestrate Data Product Strategy: Lead the end-to-end strategic lifecycle of high-scale healthcare data portfolios, aligning product specifications and roadmaps with enterprise-level clinical and operational objectives through rigorous portfolio management and user persona identification.
Engineer Domain-Specific Solutions: Architect comprehensive data product strategies for Clinical, Population Health, or Revenue Cycle domains, translating complex business requirements into scalable, actionable data products within modern cloud environments (Snowflake, GCP).
Drive Agile Delivery Excellence: Lead and mentor high-performing Product Owners to cultivate an empowered delivery culture, leveraging Agile frameworks to navigate intricate cross-team dependencies and mitigate technical risks during large-scale technology transformations.
Quantify Product ROI and Impact: Define and monitor traceable KPIs and success metrics, utilizing sophisticated data analytics and continuous usability testing to iterate on feature sets and ensure products yield quantifiable, value-based healthcare outcomes.
Govern Technical Innovation: Facilitate high-stakes "build vs. buy" analyses and go-to-market strategies, ensuring the data product portfolio integrates emerging industry trends and healthcare interoperability standards to maintain a future-proof technology roadmap.
Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Requirements
- EHR Ecosystem Expertise: Advanced proficiency navigating and integrating data from major Electronic Health Record platforms, specifically Epic or Cerner.
- Interoperability Standards: Deep technical understanding of healthcare data exchange protocols, including HL7 and FHIR, to support seamless data liquidity across the continuum of care.
- Leadership in Digital Transformation: Proven track record of managing people and leading complex, multi-year technology transformation projects within an acute or ambulatory healthcare setting.
