We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our guests. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards

• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide guidance on medication management, wound care, and other medical interventions

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship, and identify opportunities for professional development

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and maintain accurate records

• Maintain a culture of safety, respect, and compassion, and promote a positive work environment

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Maryland

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN, with a strong desire to lead and manage a nursing team

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
