Activity Leader

The Activity Leader will coordinate and lead a variety of educational programs, arts and crafts, and mixed activity types for groups ranging from small to large sizes. This role involves planning and managing activities, ensuring participant engagement and safety, and collaborating closely with the program team. The Activity Leader reports to the Program Manager and utilizes standard office software for scheduling and management. No travel is required for this position. Responsibilities Plan and organize educational, arts and crafts, and mixed activity programs Coordinate activities tailored to small, medium, and large group sizes Engage participants to ensure active and enjoyable involvement Monitor safety during all activities and resolve conflicts as they arise Manage resources and assist with event setup Collaborate with team members and report progress to Program Manager Collect feedback to improve future programming Maintain and manage activity schedules using standard office software Preferred Qualifications 1+ years in recreational activity leadership High school diploma or equivalent Experience in event planning and team leadership Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of first aid and conflict management Problem solving, time management, and creativity #J-18808-Ljbffr
