The Staff Product Manager, Digital AI Engagement, Messaging at Genesys will shape how AI, automation, and messaging come together to create AI-powered customer journeys across Web, Mobile, WhatsApp and other channels. You will own the product definition and drive high-value experiences from concept to production.
