Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) | Honda Manufacturing

WMH Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Honda Manufacturing in Talladega, Alabama. This is a dedicated-site position, meaning you'll work inside the Honda manufacturing facility each dayno traveling from customer to customer, no overnight travel, and you'll be home every night. Whether your experience comes from forklifts, diesel, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, fleet maintenance, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or plant maintenance, we want to hear from you. If you can diagnose equipment, solve problems, and take pride in quality repairs, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

You'll inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of industrial equipment, including: Electric Forklifts, Internal Combustion Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks, Material Handling Equipment, Industrial Batteries & Charging Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Mechanical Drive Systems, Electrical Systems, Industrial Equipment, Warehouse Support Equipment.

As part of our technician team, you'll: Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues, repair or replace worn and damaged components, complete safety inspections, diagnose equipment failures quickly, document repairs and labor accurately, communicate repair recommendations professionally, help minimize downtime and maximize uptime, maintain a safe work environment.

You may be an excellent fit if you've worked as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Forklift Technician, Forklift Mechanic, Diesel Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Fleet Technician, Fleet Mechanic, Construction Equipment Technician, Agricultural Equipment Technician, Field Service Technician, Resident Technician, Mechanical Technician, Industrial Equipment Technician, Plant Maintenance Technician, Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, Electro-Mechanical Technician. Military mechanical experience is also highly encouraged to apply.

Required 3+ years of mechanical repair experience, strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, experience working with hydraulic and electrical systems, valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, ability to work 2nd shift.
